Angela Ranalli-Curtis, BA
Angela Ranalli-Curtis started working for Dr. Bruce Watkins in 2004. Since that time, she has been managing the editorial process of Nutrition Research and served as coordinator for the Center for Enhancing Foods to Protect Health. In 2007, she became the Administrative Coordinator for the International Omega-3 Learning and Education Consortium for Health and Medicine. Angela provides support to the Director and Executive Committee of the Consortium; coordinates activities and communications amongst committees, directors, and chairs; and compiles information for the website and educational materials.
